Writers By Night β Level Up Terms

Level Up is a monthly service subscription from Writers By Night, available only to active Writers By Night HQ members. You must have an active HQ membership to join Level Up, and your Level Up subscription ends if your HQ membership ends.
You accept these Level Up Terms by checking the box to agree at checkout. These Terms apply together with our Sales Terms, Privacy Policy, and Membership Terms. Where those documents address refunds, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law, those terms also apply to Level Up; the sections below add the details specific to Level Up.

1. What Level Up includes
Level Up is a monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout. Each billing period, you receive a package of credits that you can redeem against a menu of Level Up services.
The current menu β the services available and the number of credits each one requires β is shown in the Level Up product inside Kajabi. The menu is not fixed: we may add, change, remove, or re-price services and adjust credit values at any time, at our discretion. The menu shown at the time you redeem your credits is the one that applies.
2. Billing options and how credits work
You can pay monthly or quarterly:
- Monthly β billed each month at the price shown at checkout. You receive your monthly package of credits at the start of each billing month, and you must use them within that same billing month.
- Quarterly β billed every three months at the price shown at checkout. You receive your quarterly package of credits, which you may use any time within that three-month period.
Credits do not roll over. Any credits you haven't used by the end of the applicable period β the end of your billing month (monthly) or the end of your three-month period (quarterly) β expire and are forfeited. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable, redeemable for cash, or transferable to another person or account.
To make sure we can deliver your services, please submit your requests with reasonable time left in the period. We'll do our best to accommodate requests made late in a period, but we can't guarantee delivery of a service requested too close to the expiration of the credits.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel Level Up at any time from your account or by emailing us at danielle@writersbynight.com. When you cancel, your subscription continues through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be billed again after that.
Because you receive your credits and access at the start of each period, Level Up fees are non-refundable, and we don't refund unused or expired credits or the unused portion of any period. This doesn't affect any rights you have under applicable law that can't be waived.
4. Changes to Level Up
Level Up is an evolving service. As described in Section 1, the menu and credit values may change at any time. We may also change or discontinue Level Up itself; if we make a significant change or discontinue it, we'll let you know, and you can cancel if it no longer works for you.
5. Everything else
Your creative work remains yours; using Level Up doesn't transfer any rights in your manuscripts or writing to us. Our materials, feedback frameworks, and related intellectual property remain ours. The limitation-of-liability, indemnification, disclaimer (including no guarantee of results), and governing-law provisions of our Sales Terms and Membership Terms apply to Level Up. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
